Returns
We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@mpovapes.com with your order details.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at orders@mpovapes.com with images and proof of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used products unless defective.
- Products with broken seals unless due to a manufacturer defect.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards and sale items.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective products. If the seal is broken, returns and exchanges are not possible unless due to a manufacturer defect.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
